I am Ravi with extensive experience in Workplace Solutions, Corporate Services, Real estate strategy, Project management and Facilities management.

My career in Real Estate and Corporate Services has been defined by crafting forward-thinking strategies that drive measurable results while upholding a commitment to global excellence and sustainability.

I bring a strong foundation in Administrative roles, Internal Audits, Financial Management and Acquisitions/Mergers. My ability to anticipate trends and implement innovative, sustainable solutions has consistently enhanced operational performance and workplace efficiency.

In these role, I have lead multidisciplinary team responsible for business expansion, corporate services, global real estate, workplace solutions, liaison and regulatory affairs, facility management, stakeholder relations, and executive communication.

My contributions have been recognized for driving workplace productivity, fostering positive workplace culture, and successfully implementing expansion strategies across multiple geographies. Notably, I have spearheaded initiatives such as creating 100% single-use plastic-free offices and promoting urban mobility solutions.

This diverse experience has equipped me with a 360-degree perspective on business management, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams to build resilient workplaces that thrive in dynamic environments.

I hold a Postgraduate Engineering Degree in Sanitation Management, specializing in management and technology, in addition to my dual undergraduate degrees in Engineering and Science. I have contributed to several successful programs in Road Safety, Ecological Balance, and Coastal Sanitation.

I have supported notable CEOs such as Deep Kalra, Kunal Bahl, and currently work with Manas Human at Nagarro. I have handled very large construction projects and regulatory affairs in my corporate services roles.
